Windows is a lightweight, open-source MCP server designed to bridge the gap between Large Language Models (LLMs) and the Windows operating system. It allows AI agents to perform a wide range of tasks, including file navigation, application control, UI interaction, and QA testing, by providing a rich toolset for keyboard, mouse, and UI state capture operations. Unlike many traditional automation tools, it works with any LLM, reducing setup complexity and enabling customizable, real-time automation of Windows 10 and 11 environments.
